Ok my bird got me this nano for xmas, i want to change the picture on the menu (as its showing a shite picture at the moment)
how do i change it.
just for reference here's an example of what i want to change.

where u can see the nelly furtado pic....it's showing a crappy picture, how do i change it to a different picture i have stored on my nano?
