I'm a NASCAR fan as well, but 08 sucked hardcore. But from reading that it is sounding better....lets just hope it is better. One thing I did notice by looking at the link is all cars are the same COT model, just like they do with the trucks and like they did with the COT's last year, lets hope they don't keep it like that...
