Council race achievement
Im just wondering im trying to get the Scholer achievement in this game which involves you discovering all the races however i have them all except the promotheons which in a guide tells me that you have to talk to captain anderson before Edin Prime however i did not talk to him then so what i am wondering is that do you learn about them later on in the game or am i screwed. please help i need this for my codex entry
