Proofread, proofread, proofread. If you're going to put something out there for others to read, they will judge you on it. Proofread once, twice, get someone else to proof it, proof it again and then post it up. You seem to be able to get across what you are saying fairly well so, it shouldn't be that big of a problem. But, when people write reviews and there are spelling/grammatical errors, it makes it so much harder to take seriously.
Lethal's right about the point system. Graphic, gameplay, sound, and lasting appeal should be touched on. If it has MP right up how good the MP is. Mention how long it takes to beat the game as that is increasingly becoming more important. Do all that, and you'll have a review that I for one would be interested in reading.
