Shacknews reports that Valve's just released these details over in San Francisco, providing official descriptions of The Blutsaugher, The Critzcrieg and The Ubersaw. The weapons are unlocked by completing new Medic achievements.
First up, The Blutsaugher's a new syringe gun acquired by completing 12 of the 36 achievements. It can't score critical hits on opponents but sucks the health from enemies when they're hit by the syringe. It's an ideal retreat-and-stay-alive weapon, says Valve.
You're awarded with The Critzcrieg after earning 24 of the achievements. This is a new medigun and uses its ubercharge "not for invulnerability, but to give its recipient 100% chance to fire critical ordinance."
Finally, earn all 36 achievements and you can get your Medic hands on The Ubersaw, "which will take damage done in melee attacks and convert it directly to ubercharge." Apparently, score four hits with this weapon and any medigun you have equipped as a Medic will be fully charged.
Valve's TF2 update including all this - in addition to a new game mode - is imminent. It'll release for the PC version of the game initially.
God i cant wait for this shit.
