XBox Live Arcade's Joust "Wave 100" Achievement
In XBox Live Arcade there's the classic game called Joust. But there's 12 achievements. On it's list, they say that the wave 100 is a glitch and it cannot be earned.

Obviously somehow it can, and my question is, has anyone achieved it, how the hell did you get that far, and what exactly is the glitch?
