Did you ever stop to think that if you cannot telnet into port 23 that it's already disabled.....or plain doesn't support it?????? And page 15 of the users manual shows you exactly how to connect to that non-existant web interface.

And did you ever stop to think that maybe the guy on Newegg simply misspoke and said telnet when he meant that he connected to the admin website???? Seriously, I do networking for a living and I might accidentally say telnet into the router (because I work with Cisco routers and do telnet into them)...but for a home soho router, I mean use the admin web page interface.
