of course it's annoying when someone steals your downs, most annoying when they do it repeatedly, or they laugh it off/**** you off after you mention it to them.
Played with one group of assholes once who just started cocking me off after I told them not to steal downs, so I had to close the room down. Felt kind of bad for the rest of the room but meh.
