Capture Card
I know there's been quite a lot of threads on this (i did search) but i couldn't find the answer. I need a capture card so i can record stuff from my 360 onto my vista PC. I use VGA to connect my xbox > TV if that helps any. Can anyone please recommend a (cheapish) capture card that will work?

Also i have a digital camera that can be put into my TV through AV, would i be able to record from the TV using that method?
