If your using ebay then your chance of finding one that can be fixed is slim. I have bought lots of broken 360's but you never know what kind you get. Last one was an Elite. Anyways had a horrible X clamp done to it, had a core dvd bezel? But it worked after I did the X clamp correctly. Over the last 30-40 broken xbox 360's 2-3 were complete busts. Sometimes you get an Ebay seller that sells custom built broken 360's. What those sellers do is they get alot of broken 360's in bulk, and put broken 360's together. Like they claim it had RROD, and once you fix that it has a broken dvd drive or a dvd drive from another system. Those you can never fix. You have to be careful.
