why cheat??
I just used a chopper from a mission and flew over the 3rd island which i guess is off limits because i had 6 stars instantly.. i proceeded to fly around for about 10 minutes and when the cops were all tired out.. i set her down at the airport and got rid of all my stars.. completing the 1 man army and Walk Free achievements.
