I did today, and almost at the end of one of the races (which was pretty close) while hurtling down the road at full speed, I pressed "Y" to check behind me.
Obviously, that's how to look behind in Forza but in GTAIV (as we know) thats how to throw yourself out of the car.
So out I went and the car behind smashed into me and killed me, just after Brucie shouts "N.B, what the FUCK are you doing man?"
It looked hilarious, but obviously cost me the race and my life.
