Mission arrows will not start missions
I've got three mission arrows in total on my map - Phil Bell, Assassin, and Gravelli. I've completed 88 missions. Now for some reason these arrows do not start missions any more. I can go into my safe house with the elevator arrow and pick up dates with yellow arrows but for some reason missions will not start. This makes me irritated. I'm gonna assume that I'm SOL and have to restart but I thought I'd check and see if people have found any solution or if there's something I haven't done... I'm assuming there's something on my save file that has screwed up the game. Any suggestions?
