You are saying, that Microsoft turned off the RROD, but other errors (like game freezing) will occur, and since it isn't RROD you don't get the 3 year warranty and have to pay.

1. You are stupid.
2. If your game freezes, you are close to getting the RROD, just keep on playing and you will get it eventually.
3. You can't turn off the RROD, it is caused by a physical broken electrical connection, you can't magically repair it over the internet. Microsoft can't turn it off.

sorry but dont call someone stupid just because you dont get what they are saying. The guy means that microsoft could remove the RROD symbol (3 flashing red lights) and make the xbox say "error 56" or whateva. This way microsoft could just ask people to pay 50 dollars for repair because "error 56" would not be covered in the warranty like the "RROD".

Now to the post, yes microsoft could do that but come on, that would be extremly unfair towards the customers and if someone would find out this happened microsoft could have legal problems.
