I for one will not use the guide lol. Personally it means nothing to me if i get an achievement using rewinds and changing the other and my team stats. IMHO its pointless to get the achievements adjusting things around. other then that the guide is decent also i always turn off the rewind unless im with my bro and he wants to use them.
