I will probably up the PSU....especially since it's only $20.

I've always had good luck with Seagate drives. I know they had some firmware issues on the 7200.11's...but i think their 7200.12 line is solid. I'm primary looking for a solid speed performer with a good amount of storage space.

As far as the ATI cards go...since I'm a Linux fan and looking at doing a hackintosh so the Nvidia card is pretty much a requirement for me.

As far as Ultimate goes....it's primarily because i have a small Windows domain at home that i want to be able to join to. So, i need either enterprise or ultimate to get that. I also use quite a bit of remote desktop to my Windows machine (since it's in the basement) and home premium doesn't offer that.
