when you're racing hit pause then select take photo, go through the motions and take one then save it, after you save it will ask if you want to upload. say yes then goto www.forzamotorsport.net and sign in using your Windows Live ID, then you can view them thee then you can link them or save them and upload them to photobucket.com so they can show on here, easier then it sounds trust me
