Another good artifact is Umbra this is a soul stealer sword with ALOT of uses. But if your a begginer and wish to obtain it, it may be difficult. Any way this sword for all i know might be a quest i dont know yet
but its very good sword to start out from the beggining (Save before you attempt to get the sword) First what you must do is head to the water works in the imperial city head to the small village (Thieves Guild Area) Once your there begin swimming across the river until you see a ayelid ruin (That is not the right ruin) so then you get on the road and follow the left path way.. until the next AyeLid Ruin shows up (Not A tower) There will most likely be a Person guarding it. Not a Animal. Then venture into the ruins (Has the Spike trap Smoke Trap) There will not be that tough enemies until you actually meet umbra's user. Kill him you see fit in any manner (Preferrably to stand on the broken wall but you may slip off. Once you kill Umbra you get his sword that is very useful for rechargin your gems (If you wish to recharge the small gems pretty fast go to leyawin obtain the scamp quest and just kill the scamps and you will recharge your soul gems very fast or you can go outside and kill the deers/critters
