Well they seem to be almost the exact same except for in resolution. So if you really have an extra $1k to spend...then the 1080p isn't a bad choice. But if you'ld rather spend that $1k elsewhere...the 720p version will give you almost the same picture quality. If you were to get the 720p and then get it ISF calibrated...it'ld undoubtedly have a better picture

How far back do you sit? If you plan to sit 7' back or so...the 1080p shouldn't even really be considered
