I voted 'NO'. This is shit, it makes the posts way too stretched, it looks entirely ridiculous. I think if this feature is kept, we should get rid of the Display Pic's, there's already one as part of the Gamertag, that would be a good idea as it would solve the stretching.
If you really must have a personal pic' or w/e and you don't want to do it through XBL, then you should just put your pic in your sig' instead.
