You are no longer limited to one mission at a time. The cell phone contains a list of to do items, and you can choose which ones to complete at any given time. You can apparently even take on an entirely different job in the middle of another mission.
-As previously reported, you can pay double the fare to make the taxi driver take you to your location faster.
Pedestrians will Cough, Sneeze, Smoke and Mutter under their breath.
-There are said to be hardly any duplicate pedestrians or car models in the same area.
-Bigger weapons will have to be stashed out of sight or you'll attract unwanted attention. This is possibly what the trunk will be used for.
-Offices are large with multiple rooms and the jumpy frame rates and glitchiness of the PS2 titles is largely absent.

-Billboards spotted included "Shark Credit Cards", "Pirate Music", and "The Whiz". "The Whiz" is the phone Niko uses in the demo.
-The HUD has a cash counter with it, as well as a mini-map. It looks far more clean, crisp, and orderly than past GTA's.
-Once again it's reported that Ammu-Nation is non-existent in GTA IV. However, this does not rule out buying weapons from other stores just yet. Also, the Rocket Launcher will return to ------Grand Theft Auto IV. Does this mean that you will have realistic deaths? Body parts flying, limbs flailing, etc... We can only hope!
-A woman was spotted yelling "This **** is bananas" from her car.
-A fare meter pops up when entering a cab, measuring your mileage and what you owe the driver for being taken to your destination.
-The Sanchez and PCJ motorcycles are both returning to GTA IV.
-The clothing of Niko is 'customizable and realistic'. When you see the different styles of Niko, he'll have various shirts with a different jacket, as well as gloves and pants.
-The cover system borrows elements of Gears of War and Rainbow Six: Las Vegas. The aiming is similar to that of Resident Evil 4, over the shoulder style. It will zoom in when you press the aim button.
