there are already a few games like this, so not a new idea.
Hip Hop ejay series, lets you do exaclty what ur saying.
You cant battle people or anything but when you buy the game, you get a fake turntable with it and u connect ur mouse onto the turntable so when u scratch, it moves the mouse and goes onto the computer.
There are a few more, i dont remember their names
