"THIS! IS! ANNEX! (40) - Complete 100 multiplayer matches of 3+ rounds in Annex and capture 3 objectives in each match."

You don't have to win the matches, you just have to complete them. The match must be 3 or more rounds and you must claim 3 objectives in order to get credit for the match toward that achievement.
