I was going to say Halo 3 (as it did get old after about a month), but the multiplayer is till entertaining. I would have to go with Kane and Lynch, I was so looking forward to playing it (being a big fan of HEAT), but the game felt like it was rushed out to meet its release date. Shame, shame. It could've been so much better.
