Cool Share your Halo 3 Map Variants and Gametypes Here!

This thread is a place where we, as members of X3F, can post links to our file shares at Bungie.net and share our forge-created maps and edited gametypes with the rest of the community!
I am very excited about this because, as many of you know, I am always up for H3 custom games!
If you post a link to a map or gametype in this thread with a description, I will edit this original post to include your map, your name, and your description. In essence, this will become a one-stop shop for our members to share our Halo 3 files!

Finally, if you download someone's map, please leave feedback on the map so that they can make it better!

Map: Cliff's Edge
Creator(s): Tufo and Queuebit
Location: Tufo's File Share
Description: This map variant takes place on Rat's nest. The only part of the map that is playable is the outside area. We have built it up with bridges and shield doors to make it a quite extensive playing area. This map supports Slayer, Team Slayer, CTF, Assault, KoTH, and Oddball. It was created by Queuebit and myself. This map has had some great reviews online. 3-16 Players.

Map: Snow Drift

You will also need: Snow Flag (game variant)
Description: Snowbound rethought. Flags are elevated to the very top of the base towers and must be reached by using the permanent grav lifts. Behind each base is every single type of equipment (bubble shields, deployable cover, etc). There is an abundance of vehicles behind each base and a centrally located Wraith. On the back of each base roof is a weapons cash. On the front of each base is a plasma turret. Each base has a custom powerup that makes you much faster for a short period of time.

Map: World Cup v2.0

You will also need: Futbol 3.0 (game variant)
Description: Our soccer/futball stadium with a scoring system! Here are the features that make our soccer stadium unique:

1. When you start (or respawn if someone assassinates you) you are in a tunnel, like in a real stadium, at the end of the tunnel is a mancannon that shoots you into the stadium. Once everyone has shot into the arena, the ball drops from the ceiling and into play a few seconds later.
2. The walls are built up so that the ball CANNOT get out of the arena.
3. The gametype is VIP because we implemented a scoring system. When a team scores, their VIP grabs the portable grav lift from the floating weapon holder and goes to the VIP goal zone and jumps into it. This gives their team one point. Then you can resume the action.
4. There are man cannons in each of the four corners to allow for "corner kicking."
5. The gametype is first to five goals; remember that when you score, everyone should wait for your VIP to go hit the goal zone to give your team a point.
6. The soccer goals have grav lifts pointing to the back of them so that if you get the soccer ball in the opposing team's goal, it gets shoved to the back of the goal so that there is no confusion if you scored or not!
7. Of course, everyone has grav hammers!

Map: Valhalla--Sky

Description: In this version of Valhalla, the flag spawn/return points are located at the very top of the enormous bases on Valhalla. The only way to get to them is to fly a hornet up there and drop a friend off to grab the flag. Then you fly them back to your base for the score! As you know hornets can be overpowered, so there are bubble shields on each side near respawn points to protect you. There are plasma pistols in each base as well which will take down a hornet. Finally, each base has a missile pod on the "side ridge." This map can be used for the built in MULTI-FLAG gametype or the ASSAULT gametype. One suggestion: As an honor rule, don't steal the other team's hornet as the game can become very one sided; also it is a good idea not to blow the other team's hornet up constantly as it respawns.

Map: Open Season

Description: Open season is on Lastresort with parts of the map cornered off and boxed in with teleporters. All areas are fairly small and you have shotguns. You go through the teleporters to find each other and slay. This map is also quite good with Infection Game type.

Map: God's Playground

You will also need: God's Playground (game variant)
Description: Gods Playground is also on Last Resort but just on the Beach. You can easily get out of the beach but there is no benefit whatsoever. You are on the beach. 300 % speed and 50 % gravity. Primary weapon is a grav hammer and second is a sword. There are Fusion Coils going off everywhere and it is absoloute chaos.

Map: Crisis

Description: Crisis is an infection gametype on a modified map of The Pit. The humans start off in the sword room which is basically a massive armory, and can either stay there or go to the high fortress on the other side of the map (the upper room) where there are BR's, AR's, Shotguns, a Sniper Rifle and a lot of grenades. Try to survive the upcoming onslaught.
