If you would be able to do this It would be good.
Each member Is only aloud to post 1 time In the Intro's section, Would cut down on some spam there.

1. Constant posts about nothing In the same thread etc.

You could make it say 30? I know i don't click links off anyone, unless i either;
A. Know them
B. Trusted postitions (Mod/Admin, which would also fall into A)
C. Trusted links, for example IGN.
If it was 30 (Like the marketplace) that would be too much for them to spam in a couple of minutes, deterring them even more.
