Overall, I really like this policy. I agree that a policy like this would REALLY deter some of the ignorant flaming and the like. Also, I agree that members will play to their point system, but like adminMike said, that will slow people down and possibly deter them altogether. If you are on the brink of getting banned or probated (lol), you wouldn't flame someone.
