Personally I'm happy about that. Many companies and such block YouTube anyway and it just becomes a broken image. And it does take a bit of bandwidth to get the initial image and those of us who are bandwidth conscious would rather not deal with that hit.
Seriously, if somebody posts a link to YouTube....you guys find it annoying to have to click that link to get to the site and hit play???
