I have 7 rep-altering power? Sweet. But that wasn't the question. THe question is, what IS rep-altering power. It seems like I'm the only one here who don't know what it is.

Didnt you just answer your own question in your question?

Every members Rep is worth something different depending on the status of that member. For example, a new member has very limited rep, like 1. Where as an old member with lots of posts and years of service can give out lots of Rep. Like Hoops and Mikes Rep is worth 15+ (more then mods, ares are capped) so be nice to those guys.
