I've heard so much about it, but never really bothered looking into it. To me it looks like Facebook status updates, but without the rest of Facebook. Is this all it is? If so, I'll pass.

EDIT: Mike, you should just post what you're doing every 5 minutes as an announcement thread on here. Then we're ALL your audience and not just the ones who can be bothered signing up to another site!

Why is there a need for an x3f twitter so we can see all the stuff mike and his buddies are doing besides making this place better?

Here are some things I want to know:

1) When I reply to a "twitter" does that person see it?

2) I've tried to sign up so that I can text replies with my mobile (cell phone) but after I text the security code to them nothing happened. Also what number do I text to add a reply using my mobile?

3) Who exactly is reading this stuff?
