The hands of a Thief
Does it tell you where you can pickpocket the knives? Anyone know how this works?

Enemy of the Poor
This is only on the Save the Citizen quests, right? And is it only one per person? Or can you throw a person 5 times and have it count 5 times? I've thrown people around left and right and still haven't gotten this yet.

Thats what Im doing now, I didnt get the 85% glitches one. I decided to replay the entire game again since I really enjoyed it. Hopefully I'll pick up the glitch achievement as well.

Firstly, you have to be at the level (I think Memory block 2 or 3) where you can throw knives. You start with knives then they get taken from you. You can't steal knives if you can't throw knives.

There are "Thugs" walking around cities. They have feather hoodies and they're shifting looking. EASIEST way to find them.... Just notice that they LIGHT UP if your marker goes over them. You can LOCK onto them. You can't lock onto citizens. They stand out once you know what they look like. If you can't find any run to a different area.

No. This one confused me too. I thought the "hasslers" were the people being mean to the citizens. This is wrong.

There are crazy/drunk people that push you if get too close to them. and..

There are poor ladies that ask you for money. Grab and throw these 2 types of people. It took a LONG time for me to get this one. I think it only counts once if you throw them (iunno for sure). As a rule... I grab/throw and then I punched them so they would run away. Just to be safe lol. ANd cuz it's funny.

Thanks! It's funny. After a little while, I finally got to block 4 and got my knife throwing ability. As I walked around the cities, I finally saw that I could lock onto these thugs and pick pocket them.

For those that don't know what we're talking about, they are big guys walking around that have two fanny packs on their back. At around block 4, you have the ability to lock onto them and take their knives. LOVE IT!

As for the enemy of the poor, I realized, like you said, that it wasn't the harrassers, but rather the poor coming up to you harrassing you asking for money. Finally got that achievement. Unfortunately, after getting the achievement, they still don't stop harrassing you. Very annoying!

Got another one for you guys....

Eagle’s Prey (Assassinate 100 guards)

How do you do it? I thought it was just kill 100 guards in any city during gameplay (as in kill 40 in one city, 50 in another and 10 in another and you're done). But I have to say that I have killed at least 100 guards and haven't gotten the achievement yet.

Any thoughts?
