two black bars on screen while playing.

Hey, I have recently bought AC, and with all my other 360 games I play it on a 17" LCD PC monitor, however AC is stretched while playing it, and 2 big black bars are present above and below the game on the screen.

This is the only game I have that does it, is there a certain reason or are my settings wrong?
