Im stuck i need help

im up to a part where i cant do anything else, there are no more invenstagions on my map and there are no more eagle viewpoints on my map what do i do

Ah I was confused for a second when this happened. All you do is find some viewpoints, they won't be shown on the map...but its not hard to figure out where some are...just look for tall buildings and eagles flying around them. Once you do some then missions and what-not will show up.

This confused me too for a little bit until i was exploring just screwing around and realized i could go to a new district and do highpoints.
