Nah don't buy it, it is so boring. Granted, it looks amazing, and I would go as far as to say that it may be the best looking game on the 360 but the gameplay is shallow. There really is no depth to it and it gets very boring, very quickly.

As I said most repetitive game, it may be original but does originality matter or does the gameplay matter?

Both matter. And seeing as it has gone down in price as well, it's definitely worth the buy.
To the thread starter, why don't you just buy it and if you don't like it, take it back?

I'm borrowing it from a friend, and I have to say it's the most fun i've had on 360 so far, apart from Team Fortress 2. Idk what you guys think, but chasing a guy down and leaping on him, stabbing him in the neck never gets old for me. I haven't completed it, but from what i've seen it has no replay value whatsoever. So it's a good thing i'm borrowing it

Rofl. And it's not really free-roam because after you've completed it you can't go back - you have to start again.

To not by, I'm not even going to justify this game with a reason!

Not a fan, me. Long bouts of nothing follwed by short fights with groups of Templars, that 8 out of 10 times result in your demise. Frustrating in it's vagueness, and very very repetitive.
I chose this game as a change from the FPS's I've been ragging lately. Should have gone straight to mass effect or GoW!

Assassins Creed is around £12 from Game now (pre-owned).
At that price, just buy it!
