Breaking legs?
You know when the screen is loading and it brings up tips, one of them it says you can break the enemy's legs. I noticed there was an option in one of the counter attacks where you can press "x" to stab him or "a" to kick him.
Is that were you break his legs 'cause it doesn't look like he is breaking the enemy's legs.

No, you break his legs with one of the counters with the knife, where Altaiir will stamp on the enemy's leg, breaking it and then break their leg. If you want to see it, just get out your dagger and keep countering with it.
