Relax. They are reviewers. Who gives a flying fuck what they review the game at? Isn't your review more important than theirs?
And I'd give Bioshock an 8.5. Half-Life got a 9.4 from Gamespot, and Bioshock isn't nearly as good as HL.

i agree 9.0 is a good score but i still don't have love for gamespot
oh and just for the record 9.0 is the exact same score they gave Perfect Dark Zero....oh duh.....oh duh.....oh duh....

Yes, there are few of us, but Im one of the ones that would of gave this game a 7-8. Repetative gameplay, the same enemies over and over again, with no differences. The game feels/looks horribly shallow. No pun intended. Good for that guy going against the hype train and trying to give it a score he feels it deserves, not one based on hype.

Dude, I'm sure the editors from gamespot thought long and hard on this. ANyways, a 9 isn't a bad score, and the only problem I've had with gamespot this past year that I was really surprised, was why virtua fighter 5 was rated so low and why gears of war was rated so high. Bioshock is 10 times the game gears was. Gears is all flash, no awesome and lasting gameplay.

shorty speaks truth, but in that brief game experience that is GOW there is some pretty sweet visuals. I can't speak for virtua fighter but come on a 9.0 rating for PD:Z thats bloody absurd that game was awful
