Well, I mean I see it as this, the water is graphics and thats the best water I have ever seen in a game so why not 10/10 deserves it thats for sure.

Yes, graphics should remain 10/10
But lastibility (which I dont think is a word, say "replay value" should have been around a 7

I still think Gears of War and Half-Life 2 have the best water effects I have ever seen.

There was one game I thought the water effects were extremely amazing...Damn, I can't remember the name.

No game's water effects are as good as BioShock's you have to see it through the full game not demo to really experience it.
