Yea, at the highest settings. That still doesn't hid the fact that it has the best water effects.

Not really. The graphics card you need to enjoy the game at the highest settings is as much as a 360. The best version of that graphics card is as much as a PS3. I am telling you, go watch the Tech Demo at gametrailers...and then watch the GDC 07 CryEngine2 Level Editor Demonstration Pt. 2 as well. Those two will blow your mind!
