I'm also a DARN FINE photographer!
LOL just tooting my own horn here a bit today. Freaking love the camera and the abilty to research your enemy so you can mess em up more fully  . The hardest one's to catch good are the dang Hodini one's fetchers all materialize outa no where! And i just barely realized that i can research little Sisters as well, wow wander what those upgrades are gonna give me

Yeah I know it says you can take pics, but I either A. did not find the camera yet or B. found it and dont know how to use it.
Once you find it, is it in the option where you can switch weapons?

Finding the camera is part of the storyline. You have to go get it to progress.
