^^^^ i agree. but what can you expect from some people. i can personally say i wouldnt be able to do it, i play games for maybe a max of 1-2 hours in one sitting, but some people can do more. TO EACH HIS OWN. just cuz some of you wouldnt do it, dont knock the guy. Some people like to play alot video games in their free time, let them and dont talk trash

Just because he beat the game in one day, doesn't really mean he has no life. Maybe thats how he beats games or he got into it a lot and REALLY wanted to see how it ended. People have different ways on beating the game.

you know, beating a game in a day, is like staying up all night to finish a really good book. so if bioshock is as good as ive heard, i dont blame you for doing that!

I beat this game in 1 day, two sittings, 2 hours (lunch break) then a near 10 hour sitting with maybe a mini break in between. The way the games made it just makes u want to keep playing. A bunch of mini-parts to each mission, you keep telling yourself "just a little more" and THEN u think ur close to the end like 3 times before your actually there lol.

As for the reading analogy i agree entirely. I read Hellgate London in 24 hours. I couldnt put it down and it was a HUGE book. I dont remmeber pages but over an inch thick lol. THAT game is going to be sick, unfortunately only for PC because they didn't want to bother trying to get Mature ratings passed for xbox

Rebel summed it up for me... Games like Bioshock are rare and special occurances in gaming and I'm guessing its pretty hard to put down the controller when your playing such a great game.
