Little Sister Help

i've searched the forum for an answer but couldn't really come up with it.

so, i've been going through and harvesting the little sisters in every level i've done.

i'm in arcadia right now and thought i had gotten all the sisters. i hit start and theres a little sister logo, like faded kinda and she looks pissed off or screaming... anyway, i keep searching for over an hour, every room three times, every hallway, everywhere. i even follow every big daddy around for about 5 minutes each. i can't find the dam sister!

what do the logo's on the pause screen mean? i've seen a couple different ones but can't figure it out. the pause screen logo makes it seem that there is a sister still in the level, but i swear, there isn't...

please help me on this, i was getting very frustrated looking for her yesterday, i swear, when i find her i'm puttin an armor piercing pistol round in her left eye!

All I know is that the picture with the big daddy and the sister means that somewhere in the area there is a big daddy and a little sister you can harvest/rescue. And the one with just the little girl that means you harvested or rescued them. I only ever seen two icons.
