repetitive?
I'm thinkin about getting it this weekend, but my only fear is it being too repetitive. Is it?

Not really. Quite a variety of weapons and ammo types... mix that with a whole bunch of plasmids and you have a ton of different ways to kill enemies. The tonics also allow for slight characer customization. Plus, the story and atmosphere should keep you hooked right 'till the end.

There are a whole bunch of different classes of Splicers, a few boss fights, security bots, and security turrets. |

I might get slammed but the game is very repetative. Theres like 3 types of splicers. But once in a while you'll see a spider slicer male or female! The bosses are just silly and dont really qualify. They are just a person that can take more damage than a big daddy. Even those fights were dull just due to the fact that you just strafe and shoot. The story line is what kept me going, but I found absolutely nothing there that would make me want to play the game again. Im a HUGE single player guy, unless Im on live with some friends you'll never see me in a random room or anything of the sort. Except with warhawk  But at the end of this gamethe whole experience just stopped. No going back, because I didnt feel like killing a hundred of the same spilcers, 20 of the same big daddies. And one of the dumbest end bosses ever concieved. Great game, just repetative. |

No way is it repititive. There are so many different ways of approaching the scenarios in the game.
