dude man.
hypno big daddy. then pick a fight with a big daddy guarding a little sister. incinerate both of them at the same time (or use napalm) then watch them just bash on eachother, and take pictures, its wicked.
throw some gas canisters in there with Telekinesis, its the bomb

my favourite tonics would be all the ones that make ur wrench stronger, like wrench jockey and wrench lurker, especially when u use frozen field. and when u fully research i think either rosie or bouncer u get a permanent 50% damage increase for ur wrench. so with all those tonics combined together the wrench becomes really powerful. oh and also used with bloodlust u gain health and eve when u hit ppl with the wrench.

i think it very much depends on what enemy you are dealing with, but i find that electro bolt is a very good multi-purpose tonic
