yeh there are some plasmids like incinerate and electro bolt that you really cant play the game without

My favourite tonic is booze hound. I like being able to consume everything without any negative effects.

Favourite tonics are wrench jockey 1&2. My favourite plasmid is telekinesis but I use ElectroBolt a lot more.

The only new DL plasmid is Sonic Boom. It's funny to use, but i couldn't find a way to make it useful. The other DL's are tonics, which include one thats lets you buy stuff dirt cheap from venders, and one that lets you use less EVE when using plasmids, which are useful.

As for the best plasmid, its Electro Bolt by far. I beat the game on hard with no vita chambers with this and the wrench, except bosses and big daddies. The best tonics are Wrench Jockey 1+2, and any others which revolve around wrench usage.
