Take a look at the end of the Bioshock thread.
This game is amazing and the most original FPS I've played. The achievements are well thought out and the game takes far more skill than holding down the right trigger.
Go buy it.

As long as you're not one of those people who buy games based on what value they can get out of the multiplayer (because, obviously, bioshock doesnt have any multiplayer)
If you want to experience an amazing story with an awesome presentation get BioShock...its stunning.
