When I go to a public bathroom I always have a feeling those sensors in the stall (which make the toilet flush automatically) are actually cameras watching my penis.

I know what southpaw is but this isnt guitar hero or Wii sports. The xbox controller has always had a certain design with the buttons on the right and dpad and analog on left. I dont understand what being left handed has to do with controlling a FPS game. I think in the retail version you can switch the thumb sticks around if thats what your after.

Just checked it out on mine, no thumbstick or button switching, just Y-axis invert and sensitivity that you can adjust.
If you can learn to change sides, it really is a great game. I've switched from invert Y-axis and back, it really wasn't that bad. You need to use one thumbstick in each hand anyways.
