Save or harvest?

I just started playing this game today on pc cuz I got a new graphics card. I know there are two endings in the game depending upon whether you save or kill the little sisters. So I wanna know:

1. Which ending is better
2. Which way gives you better rewards
3. Which way is easier
4. What I will be missing out if I pick one over the other

I say save them, if your playing on 360 you get a achivemnt if you kill less than 1 off them.

Save them, much better ending, awesome rewards ( Every 3 you save you get 200 ADAM and some useful ammo and items) I saved all of them and I never had a problem with too little ADAM. If you kill them, you will miss out on the good ending and you also feel terrible inside.

I would sell my own mother just to make her go away. But i saved all the little sisters

Save them biatches. You save them you get mucho dinero.

Those big daddy's are impossible. I had to use 6 health packs and almost all my machine gun rounds to kill one. And I managed to get 3 saved little sisters. They are adorable I have to say. Especially when they leave a gift before one of those gardener things.
