100% stuck

Okay I have been trying this for hours....
I am in Mercury Suites in Olympus Heights and I am trying to find the lot 192 remedy and I have to find the diary of paparazzi(or something like that)to get the code for the elevator. It says its on the third floor but the only third floor i can get it is in the abandoned apartment...nothing there. I have hacked safes and still nothing. Will someone please tell me what to do..This is sooooo frustrating. Thanks

it's on the third floor, overlooking the elevator, in the same large lobby with the staircases.

Oh man I forgot the number to it but go over the diaries again you might have it.

^^umm how do i look through my diaries i already have?
and what staircases? and how do i get to the third floor? and where is it exactly on the third floor?

Just click the "Back Button" and use the shoulder buttons to navigate through the option screens. You will see all your notes on one of these screens.

Just go up by the side of the elevator, until you get as high as possible, then you should be able to go around the top balcony where you will see a corpse and a camera on a tripod, the diary is around there somewhere.

Ya you can go through diaries by section. They are in the order in which you picked them up. Check the first couple diaries on the top and you will find the code. I thought the code was 5744 but I could be wrong.

okay thank you guys so much i am going to go try it now. I never listen to the diaries when i get them so that might have been my problem.
