little sister savior achievement

hi. i recently bought bioshock and at the moment im really enjoying it. But i just killed a big daddy and there was no little sister with him. i searched around the surrounding rooms but i couldnt find it. and at the end of that level it said that i had missed a little sister out. will this effect the achievement little sister saviour?

Sometimes big daddys roam on their own and then go up to a hole in the wall,bang a few times and the little sister comes out.You need to find another big daddy and if it's on it's own,follow it until he calls for a sister.

IIRC that achievment is not to harvest any little sisters?

If so, then it won't affect the achievement as you don't actually need to get all the little sisters for it, just make sure you dont harvest any.

big daddies do not always have a little sister. most of the time they do, but if they're single, check the pause menu to see if you cleared up all the sisters yet. if you haven't then sorta kinda stalk him until he bangs on the wall w/ a hole in it. and chances are a little sister will appear then. if the sister in that area has already been saved/harvested, he'll just keep on banging and kinda get confused.

Nope don't think it works like that you have to save them thats why its called the achivement is called little sister saviour.

if you miss one you can go back and do the level again via the bathysphere/lift device!!

yup. just becareful of a bug that "resets" the game when you go back to arcadia (i think.. the place w/ the park and all that). I found out that when i moved back to the arcadia area, it pushed me back to the chapter when i entered arcadia for the first time. so i had everything i have gotten from the area after that and i get to redo everything else as well as pwning the big daddies and getting extra adam for saving them and even racking up a few extra "little sister gifts".
