How do I change my plasmid?

Im on the second level and I have to kill the Surgeon. I know I have to set him on fire and then follow him into the water and then electroshock him. I have Incinerate and Telekineses plasmids applied right now but I dont know how to change Telekineses to EltroBolt for the battle. Help?

you need to find a genebank to swap your plasmids

Yep, you've got 2 plasmid slots right now, so you can't have more than 2 plasmids to use during a battle. You'll have to change one out to use the others (ie, you can combo like that, but then you can't use your telekinesis)

Which is basically what I just said. What does a genebank look like?

it says "GENEBANK" on it, in glowing yellow letters iirc. you can see them on your map anyway.
